1. Who We Are
VenuCare is a free clinic management software product developed and operated by
Choppa Venu Technologies OPC, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Our website and application are available at venucarecrm.com.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at
venuchoppa@gmail.com.
2. What Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide the VenuCare clinic management service:
- Account information — your name, clinic name, and email address when you sign up.
- Patient records — patient names, mobile numbers, blood group, allergies, medical history and visit notes that you enter into the system for your clinic's use.
- Appointment data — appointment dates, times, slot selections and status updates.
- Billing data — invoice amounts, payment methods (Cash/UPI/Card/Insurance) and payment status.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected only for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the VenuCare clinic management service.
- To send account confirmation and password reset emails.
- To display your clinic dashboard, patient records, appointments and billing.
- To improve the product based on usage patterns.
- To communicate with you about product updates or support.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Data Isolation and Security
VenuCare uses Row Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database level.
This means every clinic can only access its own data. No other clinic or user can ever
read, view or modify your patient records, appointments or invoices — even if they use
the same platform. All data is stored encrypted and transmitted over HTTPS using
industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Patient data is stored on secure cloud
infrastructure powered by Supabase, hosted on servers compliant with international
data security standards.
5. Patient Data and Confidentiality
As a clinic management tool, VenuCare stores medical information about your patients
on your behalf. This data belongs entirely to your clinic. We act only as a data
processor on your instructions. We do not access, analyse, or share patient medical
information with any third party. Patient data entered by your clinic is used solely
to display it back to your authorised clinic account. We treat all patient data with
the highest level of confidentiality.
6. Cookies and Tracking
VenuCare uses minimal cookies required only for authentication — to keep you logged
in to your clinic account securely. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels
or third-party analytics tools that share your data with advertisers. Your browsing
behaviour on VenuCare is not sold or shared with any advertising platform.
7. Third-Party Services
VenuCare uses the following trusted third-party services to operate the product:
- Supabase — database, authentication and cloud storage. Data is stored encrypted on Supabase infrastructure.
- Vercel — web hosting and deployment of venucarecrm.com.
- Resend — transactional email delivery for account confirmation and password reset emails only.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and is bound by data processing agreements. None of these services receive patient medical data beyond what is necessary to store and serve your clinic's records.
8. Data Retention
Your clinic account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
If you request deletion of your account, all associated data — including patient records,
appointments and invoices — will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
To request deletion, email us at
venuchoppa@gmail.com
with the subject line "Delete my VenuCare account".
9. Your Rights
As a VenuCare user, you have the right to:
- Access all data stored about your clinic account.
- Correct or update any inaccurate information.
- Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export your patient data in a readable format upon request.
- Withdraw consent for email communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at
venuchoppa@gmail.com.
10. Children's Privacy
VenuCare is a professional clinic management tool intended for use by registered medical
practitioners and clinic staff. It is not directed at children under 18. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 for account creation purposes.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as VenuCare grows. When we make
significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
and notify active users by email if the changes materially affect how we handle your data.
Continued use of VenuCare after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
